Job Summary

The Expeditor works with the production team at Innovative Labs to ensure that daily schedule, supplies, and components are ready and available for each production run.


Three consecutive 12 hour shifts per week. These will rotate between Wed. Thurs. Fri. for two weeks and Sun. Mon. Tues. for two weeks. 

This is a night shift from 6:00pm to 6:30am. (There is a 10% differential added to your base hourly rate for this shift).

Job Duties

  • Acquires the daily schedule for the required production runs.
  • Verifies film, cartons, and labels for the scheduled country production runs.
  • Pulls the components into the appropriate production area.
  • Replenish needed supplies and components needed for the next shift production run.

Required Skills

  • Must be competent and able to learn computer systems and process
  • Able to Read, Write and Understand the English Language
  • Understand basic computer navigation
  • Possession of strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience

Physical Demands

Frequently involves sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Involves a variety of physical activities including:

Walking                Manual Dexterity              Talking                 Hearing                Repetitive motions

Work Environment


The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas were under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
